Discovery Calls & Engagements
Discovery calls booked through this website are introductory in nature and do not constitute a consulting engagement or create any contractual obligation on either party. All formal engagements are subject to a separate signed agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Do — Strategic Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding twelve months.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, client execution, and third-party variables.
Payment and Fees
All fees are due according to the payment terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Do — reserves the right to adjust pricing for ongoing agreements with thirty days' written notice.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all deliverables become the property of the client subject to full payment of outstanding invoices. Do — reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of terms violation or conduct harmful to our business or reputation.

Services and website content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which Do — Strategic Consulting operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith first, and where necessary through the appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.
